How does the sterilizer retort working?
let's see how does our Spain user describe the sterilizer retort they brough from us
the small scale sterilizer retort did the following sequence:
1. Firstly the machine introduces water into the retort chamber, until reach minimum/medium water level inside the chamber.
2. Then, it recirculates water inside the sterilization equipment chamber. At the same time, it introduces steam to the retort chamber to increase the temperature until the 'Sterilization temperature'. All this time, the retort chamber pressure is 0.1~0.2MPa
3. Once it reaches the 'Sterilization temperature'. It keeps the temperature along the 'Sterilization time'. All this time, the retort chamber pressure is 0.2MPa.when sterilization pressure is higher than 0.2Mpa, system will release the over high pressure automatically. if pressure is lower than 0.2Mpa, system will introduce compressed air to reach the 'Sterilization pressure'.
4. Once it reaches the 'Sterilization time', it introduces compressed aire into the retort chamber. Meanwhile it introduces water into retort chamber, until reach maximum water level inside the chamber.
5. Once the water reaches the maximum level inside the retort autoclave chamber, it waits the 'Cooling time', keeping the 'Cooling pressure' inside the retort chamber.
6. Once it reaches the 'Cooling time', it leaves the retort chamber pressure and take out the water.
7. Once the water reach the minimum water, the machine stops but it keeps the valves or taking out openned.
