	(Optional) Automatic control	Cooling tank automatic control system When cream temperature in the cooling tank is above 35 degree c, system start to cooling. When temperature of cream is lower than 35-degree c, system stop the cooling water inlet valve automatically.
Tips: if you are going to fill water rather than oil into the jacket of the batch pasteurizer, you can use the pasteurizer as cooling tank either.  If you use oil as heating medium, you will need to cooling in another tank.
