K-STM series jacketed mixing kettle or jacketed mixing cooker is our standard jacketed mixing kettle. The main characteristic or advantage is the worm gear. After cooking process finished, users can drain the mixture out easily by tilting the worm gear. This design was widely used in jam cooking kettle, jelly cooking kettle and candy or sugar crane cooking kettle. If the content you are going to cooking in this jacketed kettle is sticky, thick, with big particle or high density, for example, you want to cook jam, jelly, vegetable puree, paste, cream, cosmetic, lotion as well as egg and cereal (chickpea, soybeans,), a tilting jacketed kettle will be a good choice.

Another main advantage of K-STM series jacketed kettle lies in the mixing system or agitation system. Anchor type mixer and anchor and bottom scraping type agitation system was adopted in this series cooking kettle. Anchor type agitator used for juice cooking process, because when cooking juice, there will be no content stick to the jacketed kettle inner wall due to the water based liquid content. For paste and puree cooking, or sugar and candy production, bottom scraping agitation system will be a wise choice. Working pressure in the heating mixing kettle jacket
K-STM tilting jacketed kettle with agitator is ideal cooking equipment for jam production, juice production and candy making industry. When mixing kettle working, the working pressure in the heating jacket (the gap between kettle inner wall and kettle outer wall) is about 0.1 to 0.2 Mpa for steam heating kettle and 0.05 to 0.09 Mpa for electric heating mixing kettle. If higher working pressure needed in your jam cooking process, you are suggested to choose our high pressure cooking kettle & mixing kettle (K-SP series high pressure jacketed kettle and K-STM series heating mixing jacketed kettle).

Tilting jacketed Kettle (electric heating kettle with agitator) structure
As per the picture shown, our K-STM series heating and mixing jacketed kettle can be made into insulation type or simple jacketed type. Normal jacketed cooker is made by double wall, inner wall contact to liquid content directly. There is a gap between the inner wall and the outer wall. We call this gap as "jacket". When high temperature oil (heated by external oil heater or internal heating element) or other heating medium was injected into the jacket, the stainless steel inner surface of this jacketed kettle will transfer the heat to the content. The agitator system (anchor mixer or bottom scraping mixer) will help to generate an even and uniform heating environment in the jacketed kettle.
