Stainless steel Jacketed Kettle - vertical cooking kettle
Our stainless steel jacketed kettle can be designed to be tilting-pouring type and vertical type. Both tilting jacketed kettle and vertical jacketed kettle are sanitary designed. This page mainly introduce our vertical jacketed kettle - stainless steel jacketed cooking kettles which heavy duty legs.
We have two series for your different cooking request ----K-SV and K-SVM. K-SV stands for a sanitary jacketed kettle with heavy duty legs while K-SVM tells about a sanitary jacketed kettle with heating duty legs and a suitable agitation system. 
USAGE for the vertical jacketed kettle 
Vertical jacketed kettle can be used as sugar melting kettle, candy cooking kettle and juice cooking pot. Also, it can be used to cook vegetable and curry. Some meat processing factory may use vertical jacketed kettle to cook meat and eggs. When the food you are going to cook in the vertical jacketed kettle is thick and high viscosity, a mixing system on the jacketed kettle will be needed.
Advantage and disadvantage of vertical jacketed kettle
Compared with tilting jacketed kettle, vertical jacketed kettle do not have a tilting device which allowed users tilt the cooling pot to discharge the food and vegetable in the cooking kettle after cooking. This maybe a main reason why most buyers chose tilting type jacketed kettle. But thinking of another way, the disadvantage sometime is just its advantage: vertical jacketed kettle can hold much more food and vegetable each batch, and the heavy duty legs is much better than tilting device for large quantity cooking request.
