Stainless steel mixing tank structure

• Sanitary design with sealed top and dish bottom.
• With bottom mount homogenizer / emulsifying mixer, drainage port on the center of the homogenizer / homogenizer
• Water jacketed for both hot and cold-water circulation
• Top mount agitator for low speed gently mixing
• A high-performance thermal insulation wall out side the jacket to protect the operator from got hurt by the low / high temperature
• Mechanical seal and stainless-steel mechanical seal base to keep external water enter into the tank
• Stainless steel agitator transmission frame to improve the stability of the mixing
