300Liter double motion mixing tank for Syrup oral liquid (dual motion mixing tank dual shaft mixing tank)
stainless steel mixing tank with top entry homogenizer and top entry low speed stirrer
What is a double motion mixing tank?
Double motion mixing tank, or dual motion mixing tank, dual shaft mixing tank, dual shaft agitor, dual shaft mixer. it is a stainless steel tank, without dual shaft. Ranking machinery offer both
Concentric Mount Dual Motion Mixer and Offset Mount Dual Motion Mixer. In this page we mainly introduce offset mount dual motion mixing tank.
the mixing tank in the left picture is Offset Mount Dual Motion Mixing tank, the right side one is Concentric Mount Dual Motion Mixing tank.
Dual Shaft high viscosity Agitator or double Shaft Mixer is used in syrup / liquid / cream blending applications where more than one mixing action is needed. The most common dual shaft mixer / dual motion mixing tank is the slow speed mixer (either a wall scraper anchor or paddle type mixing blade) and a high shear mixer. Dual agitator mixing tanks offer great blending capability for higher viscosity mixtures and allow processors to handle a wider variety of products.
For high viscosity blending applications, multiple flow impellers are arranged to assure complete product movement, very uniform heating and cooling with jacketed vessels and mixing with no dead zones.

about customized mixing tank
most of the stainless steel mixing tanks, inlcude dual shaft mixing tank, are made to meet buyers reqeust on the mixing, homogenizing, blending, heating, cooling and dispersing.
No matter you are familiar with mixing equipment and tanks or not, you can get the most suitable mixing equippment form Ranking Team. You only need to spend a few minutes discussing your requests with our service team.
Here below are several questions frequently asked by buyers. if you have any other questions, please feel free to get in touch with our salest team.
Q1: how works the heating with your tank ?
A1: As a professional stainless steel heating mixing tank manufacture, we offer tanks with steam jacket, hot water jacket and oil jacket. if you have steam generator, you can choose steam jacketed mixing tank, if you have hot water boiler, the hot water jacketed tank will be ideal. if you have neither steam generator nor hot water boiler, oil jacketed heating tank will be a great option.
do you have steam generator or hot water boiler?
Q2: what is the max temperature ?
A2: for steam heating tanks, the max temperature is the steam inlet temperature. for example, your steam inlet temperature is 125degree c, you can heat the working load in our heating tank to max 125 degree c.
for hot water heating tanks, the max temperature is the hot water inlet temperature.
for oil jacketed tanks, we have build in heaters in the oil jacket to heat the heat transfer fluid / heating oil to max 200 degree c.
no matter you choose steam jacketed mixing tank, hot water jacketed mixing tank or electric heating / oil jacketed mixing tank, it is easy to meet your 80 degree c target heating temperature.
Q3: What is the electric power needed ?
A3: seems your want the tank heated by electricity. for a 800Liter tank, we usually use 36kw heating power. that means, the power consumption is 32kw per hour.
when take the stirrer / agitator / mixer into consideration, the total power consumption will be 34~35kw per hour.
Tips: usually, we will separate the heating elements into 2 or 3 group. you can decide which group of heaters will be used during your heating process.
for example, you can use only 9kw for your heating process, and you can use 18kw, 27kw or 36kw separately. the power consumption is flexible.
Q4: How long to heat 750l to 80°C ?
A4: for 750Liter, from 20°C to 80°C, use 36kw heating power, the heating process will need about 66 minutes in theory.
Is this heating speed enough for you? if not, how long time you want to heat to 80°C?
Q5: how many jacket ?
A5: the electric heating tank have 3-layer of stainless steel wall. and one thermal insulation wall, so, we can say it is a 3 jacketed mixing tank.
Q6: how large is the thermal insulation ?
A6: the thermal insulation is 50mm / 2inch thickness.
Q7: Is it possible to easily remove the mixer, or is it possible that the mixer is not fixed to the cover ? I explain : for hibiscus it is like an infusion. So the hibiscus is put in baskets in the bottom of the tank. Once infusion finished, these baskets are removed and the mixer takes place with the sugar. The baskets and the mixer propeller must not interfere with the opening of the lid.
A7: we can make the mixer removable. and we can make the tank top part removable (inlcude the hinged covers, the beam for the motor and the whole agitator.)
but the motor is heavy, it is not a good idea to remove the motor and the beam.
you can see from the picture below, the tank is with hinged covers beside the mixing motor.
if your basket is not too big, you can put the basket into the tank from only by opening the hinged lid.
what is the basket size please? and how many pcs such basket you want to put into the tank?
Q8: what is the price for such a tank
Q9: what is the weight ? How much is the price for shipping to 78120 Rambouillet, FRANCE ?
Q10: what is the delay to get it ?
