500L syrup mixing tank 40~200rpm variable speed mixing tank
Mixing tanks can be designed in different capacity from 20liters to 5000Liters. most hot sell mixing tanks are 50Liters to 2000Liter. usually our stainless steel mixing tanks will be made by SS304 and SS316L materail to meet buyers different reqeust in milk, juice and syrup production.
304 stainless steek mixing tank is less expensive and easier to manufacture but also less resistant to strong chemical reagents. Stainless tanks are strong, rigid and more durable than poly and do not require a separate stand since their legs are welded as part of the tank itself.
316 stainless steel mixing tank is more expensive than 304 and more difficult to work with, but it is more resistant to corrosive chemicals and therefore more desirable for processes that call for very corrosive reagents. Stainless tanks are strong, rigid and more durable than poly and do not require a separate stand since their legs are welded as part of the tank itself.
Stainless steel Mixing Tank Bottom Head Type
A cone bottom is the most common process tank used when a bottom drain is required. It provides the best drainage of all bottom types. Approximately 15 degrees is standard. |
|
Dish headers are used for both top and bottom heads, especially if the tank is to hold pressure. They are more expensive and take longer to produce, but they provide a smooth transition to the shell which is preferable for tanks that need a polished surface inside |
A flat bottom may be used if the tank is to be free standing without legs, or if heat is to be applied to the bottom surface. A drain, if required, will be placed at the bottom of the shell. |
Use a slope bottom when the drain has to be in the side of the tank, but good drainage is still important. This is the least common bottom type. |
