G-FL is the name of a series of mixing tanks / blending tanks with similar structure descriped as below:

500L electric heating blending tank construction material
Most of our high pressure mixing vessels are
made of stainless steel material. SS304 (SUS304) and SS316 (SUS316) are widely used in our high pressure mixing vessels.
Usually for small capacity high pressure mixing vessels, such as 200L high pressure mixing vessel, 300L high pressure mixing vessel or a 500L ones, our standard wall thickness will be 3mm. All our offer for high pressure mixing vessels are based on standard thickness. Offer for Customized high pressure mixing vessels not being included.
Details of our blending tanks and mixing vessels
Temperature control of our G-FL series high pressure mixing vessel
Temperature can be controlled as per request. Steam heating type mixing vessel usually use program to regulate the heating temperature. Electric heating type mixing vessel use low voltage apparatus components to regulate the heating temperature. When being used as chemical reaction kettle, the high pressure reaction kettle can bear at most 450 Degree Celsius (450
ºC / 842
ºF). The working pressure (in tank jacket) can be 0.25Mpa (2.5bar or 29psi).
Heating mode of our G-FL mixing tank
G-FL series high pressure vessel can be 200L, 300L, 500L or 800L. In our past experiences, G-FL series high pressure mixing tanks usually have a small capacity which is no more than 1000Liter (264 Gallon). Most of them
use electric / oil as heating medium. So some of our buyers call this kind of blending tank as
oil jacket pressure vessel or
oil jacketed mixing tank.
Steam vapor is also widely used in high pressure vessel while gas heating tank is not as popular as steam and electric heating mixing tanks.
Like our G-SI series dimple jacket mixing tank and G-SC series conical bottom mixing tank as well as the G-SE series dish end mixing tank, G-FL series high pressure vessel can also use dimple jacket and spiral coil for cooling and heating.
Cooling function for stainless steel high pressure mixing vessel
Some users need a cooling process after heating. It is depends on your usage of this tank.
if you use oil as heating medium, you will need to do the cooling process outside of this blending tank.
if you use water as heating agent in the jacket, cooling process can be down in this water heating tank.
cooling for some other type of mixing tank:
Dimple jacketed mixing vessel mainly used in heating process. If cooling process needed, a coil jacket will be high recommended. Our skilled and experienced workers will weld the coil to the high pressure mixing vessel body (outside of the high pressure mixing vessel's inner wall). User access the cooling medium such as ice water, cool water or glycol water into the coil, when the cooling medium pass through the cooling coil, the content in the cooling tank will be reduced rapidly. High pressure mixing vessel with spiral coil is widely called as spiral coil high pressure mixing vessel, or cooling high pressure mixing vessel.
Quality control of our mixing tank
we pay more atttention on quality control. and we have our own Q.C. department. In order to make sure all the quality is our highest quality level, our General Manager joined to Q.C. department and act as a Q.C. inspector.
This is usefull----- All workers in each production position will pay special attention to the every production details which lead to a high quality finished tank! Even like this, we still inspect every tank before packing, no mater the order quantity is 1pcs, 2pcs or 50pcs 100pcs.
we inspect every equipment that we produce in order to make sure every product we send out with suitable performance.
Packing and package of our stainless steel mixing tank heating tank
this picture below is a 100Liter electric heating tank with agitator, 36rpm mixing speed, used for chemical product: soap and washing liquid (lotion production). you can see from this picture:
1. before packing, we cleaning the tank surface completely including corners where you may not see.
2. pack the tank with wrapping film
3. pack the tank with another layer of packing material to protect the tank from any potential scratch
4. packing the tank in wooden package.
Tips on the electric heating blending tank price
The G-FL series high pressure mixing tank / mixing vessel usually customized according to the construction material (SS304 or SS316) and the working pressure, the mixing tank price(s) you found in this site may not be the correct price for the mixing tank that you need.
