e) Refrigerant leakage : 12 months
f) Milk Temperature controller (PLC Module) : 12 months
Response Time to attend - during warranty period.
Within 300 KM from Vendor's facility: 24-36 Hrs. of complaint received (Complaint to be logged in via email to vendor at least 2 hours before close of working hours). √
Beyond 300 KM from Vendor's facility: 36 -48 Hrs. of complaint received (Complaint to be logged in via email to vendor at least 2 hours before close of working hours). √We offer timely service , we work 16hours every day, and you can get timely warranty service in at most 16 hours.
