Description and features
Reservoir of cylindrical form constructed entirely of stainless steel with:
- Lateral air space for the circulation of cold water at 2°C for cooling the mix
- Lid for inspection and introduction of ingredients complete with safety valve operating or opening
- Low speed gear motor with dismountable stirrer and large blades
- Thermo-regulator indicating temperature in display
- Throttle-type outlet tap DN 25
