1. load product into the retort chamber and seal the autoclave door.
2. feed water into the sterilizer chamber
3. preset a sterilization temperature and start the heating
4. control the pressure and temperature as per your production requst
5. stop heating after sterilization holding time finished (automatic)
6. pump cold water for cooling
7. unloading the sterilized product and prepare next batch sterilization.

Vertical sterilizer retort can be 80Liter, 130L and 200L, also, we have 300L capacity vertical autoclave. The configuration for all of them can be customized. For example, you can choose a automatic water level control for a 80L vertical retort, also, you can choose a manual water level control for a 300L retort… different configuration will result a different price.
