Vertical Pressure Cooker Vertical Cooking Pot
  WORK PROCESS FLOW:
  1. fill water into the water tank and loading the products into the chamber.
  2. Start to heating the water in the water tank, heat to a suitable temperature.
  3. Transfer hot water from the water tank into the sterilizer chamber and start to sterilization process. This step will keep about 20 to 35 mins according to your product.
  4. hot water was collected into the water tank ( will used to next batch ) after sterilization.
  5. Fill cool water into the chamber to cool the temperature down and than discharge the water, then fill in and discharge twice.
  6. Finished this batch and unload the sterilized product. Heat the water in water tank and prepare the next batch. The total time for one batch is about 1 hour.
    EQUIPMENT PICTURES:

There are two tanks, one above another, the up tank is a water tank, and the one under the water tank is the sterilizer body. The man beside the machine is our customer. The owner of the factory.

    DESIGN EXPLANATION of the DN1000×1000 vertical cooking pot | Autoclave
    A.  The criterion that the manufacture should obey and the examination data
       The Sterilizer is the first kind of pressure container. It is manufactured ,tested and accepted according to the nation standard GB150-1998<steel
    system pressure container> and the original department of labor< Pressure container safety technical supervision code>.
    B.  The sterilizer is welded according to JB/T4709-92<steel system pressure container welding regulations>. The radiographic inspection is in line with the JB4730-94.
    The main Technical Regulation:
    The material is SUS304
    C.  The pressure inside the chamber can be adjusted automatically according to the temperature. Especially when it finishes sterilizing and cooling, it can repress.
    D.  The Autoclave is equipped with safety protecting device. The door can not open before the pressure of the chamber relief completely.
    The temperature inside the chamber is distributed evenly, no cooling point.
    This Autoclave is matched with a set of Standard Pressure Vessel Certificate
