|The bulk milk cooling unit is designed to cool raw milk at milk farm and dairy processing plant to conserve the quality of milk. It is a hygienic container built to sanitary standard. Tank inner, outer, bottom dimpled jacket are all made of SS 304 material and welded with TIG process. The inner shell & all other milk contact surfaces are polished up to minimum 150 grid finish (standard). (200 and 240 grid finish optional) The evaporator will be dimpled pressed plate Jacket put at the bottom plate of the inner tank. Optimum design with large evaporation surface area for rapid and problem-free cooling at all volumes of milk. All connecting pipes terminating outside the tank are of SS construction. |
Horizontal Milk Cooling Tank should have a top manhole cover with locking arrangement for inspection. Milk inlet and outlet pipe use tri-clover clamp. 3600 spray ball for easy cleaning.
