K-STM series jacketed kettle are standard kettles with cover, and tilting device. The kettle are all made of stainless steel food grade. inner wall of our jacketed kettles usually use 180~240 grit abrasive. the outer wall of the kettles can be mirror polish or matt.
Heating types available for Stainless steel jacket kettle / tilting jacketed kettle
K-ST series jacketed kettle can be heated by steam, Natural gas, as well as electricity. steam heating type jacketed kettle require users have steam generator while electric heating kettle use inner heating elements.
for buyers who have no steam generator, gas heating kettle and electric heating kettles are a better choise.
Usage of Stainless steel jacket kettle / tilting jacketed kettle
K-ST series cooking kettle / jacketed kettle are mainly used to the heating / cooking of milk, juice, vagetable, beans and meat. some users use this jacketed kettle as pre-heating device while other use it as sugar melting vat. It is a common cooking device for industrial kitchen, hotel, schoolcanteen and factory.
Capacity of Stainless steel jacket kettle / tilting jacketed kettle
K-ST series jacketed kettle can be 50Liters, 100Ltrs, 200Ltrs and 300Liters. we also have 400L , 500L cooking kettle and even 600L kettles. (for more than 1000Liter cooking capacity, we suggest to choose vertical type jacketed kettle, it can be as big as 1500Liters).
