Stainless steel jacketed kettles are mainly used as supply kettle, cooking kettle and pre-heating tank or kettle. the heating medium can be steam, electric or LGP gas.
the jacketed kettle below is steam heating type, contact part (the inner kettle) to be stainless steel, with steam jacket and top mount agitator, tilting device and heavy duty support base.
Kettle jcaket and thermal insulation
Stainless steel jacketed kettles can be double wall or tri wall structure. Double wall jacketed kettles do not have thermal insulation wall while tri wall jacketed kettles have a 2 inch or more PU insulation wall.
AGITATED & NON-AGITATED jcaketed kettle cooker
The main function of a jacketed kettle is cooking. some buyer may also need mixers for the mixer. Ranking machinery also provide jacketed kettles with top mount low speed agitator and high shear mixer.
Agitator / high shear mixer for jacketed kettle should be chosen according to the product you are going to cook in it. For example, the jacketed kettle you need is to cook egg or tomato, an agitator will be useless. If you want to cook tomato sauce or candy, a heavy duty agitator with scraper will be necessary.

How to use the gas heating electric heating kettle :
- Feed thermostatic oil intot he jacket.
- Preset a temperature in the control panel
- Turn on the heating button on the control panel
- Start the mixer (if need)

- Two heating button, one for 16KW, one for 24KW, you can use them separately or together.
