Stainless steel jacketed kettles are mainly used as supply kettle, cooking kettle and pre-heating tank or kettle. the heating medium can be steam, electric or LGP gas.
AGITATED & NON-AGITATED jcaketed kettle cooker
Stainless steel jacketed kettles can be double wall or tri wall structure. Double wall jacketed kettles do not have thermal insulation wall while tri wall jacketed kettles have a 2 inch or more PU insulation wall.
Stainless steel jacketed kettles can be agitated or non-agitated. Agitator should be chosen according to the product you are going to cook in it. For example, the cooker you need is to cook egg or tomato, an agitator will be useless. If you want to cook tomato sauce or candy, a heavy duty agitator with scraper will be necessary.
