B	Tank and Evaporator
The bulk milk cooling unit is designed to cool raw milk at milk farm and dairy processing plant to conserve the quality of milk. It is a hygienic container built to sanitary standard. Tank inner, outer, bottom dimpled jacket are all made of SS 304 material and welded with TIG process. The inner shell & all other milk contact surfaces are polished up to minimum 150 grid finish (standard). (200 and 240 grid finish optional) The evaporator will be dimpled pressed plate Jacket put at the bottom plate of the inner tank. Optimum design with large evaporation surface area for rapid and problem-free cooling at all volumes of milk. All connecting pipes terminating outside the tank are of SS construction.  Horizontal Milk Cooling Tank should have a top manhole cover with locking arrangement for inspection. Milk inlet and outlet pipe use tri-clover clamp. 360^0 spray ball for easy cleaning.  Agitator designed to be automatic control and manual control.

C	Refrigeration unit
The refrigeration system is designed with adequate capacity to chiIl the milk as per basic design parameter with multiple condensing units. Each condensing unit consists of the compressor, condenser, receiver, dryer, expansion valve, high-pressure cut out, low-pressure cut out, solenoid valve, sight glass, oil separator and other controls suitable for smooth operation of the plant. We offer related refrigerant pipes, fittings for interconnection of all refrigeration components. All refrigerant pipes will be properly clamped on fixed support and sponge insulation for protection. There should have shut off valve both sides of compressor, receiver & dryer.

D	Electric control panel
The control panel will be dust and vermin proof design in stainless steel enclosure suitable for mounting on the wall/cooling tank. The panel will pre wired to terminal connections and will comprise of the following:
I	In coming MCB to receive power from main power line.
ii	Voltmeter and ammeter with selector switch for monitor the main supply voltage and currant of every phase. (for old design only)
iii	Line voltage controller to protect the compressor against voltage supply fluctuation.
iv	Phase failure prevention.
v	Sequential controller with timer delay arrangement to avoid sugar on power supply.
vi	Individual MCB fir every motor.
vii	Selector switch for selecting operation of agitators on auto or manual arrangement
viii	Digital temp. controller and indicator with display (0~100 ^0C)
ix	Electrical wiring of power and control line between Electrical Control Panel to compressors, condenser fans, pump and other equipment will be done by supplier's engineer including supply of adequate size electrical power and control cables.

2. Balance tank (optional)

Milk Revering Tank should be made of stainless steel AlSl 304 grade with adjustable legs, can tipping bar, milk outlet with butterfly valve (38mm) and inline stainless steel (AlSl 304) filter unit. capacity : 200 litres (min)

 
3. Milk pump (optional)

To pump raw milk from the balance tank to the cooling tank and chilled milk from the cooling tank to the milk carrying tanker as well as help for CIP of whole plant. Pumps housing and motor will be separated by a self-adjusting rotary seal. Pump casing, impeller and shaft seal will be made of acid & caustic proof stainless steel. It will be included a DOL starter for start and stop of the pump. Each pump should have 3 sets of shaft seal as spare. Capacity: 3,000L/H
