Application:  
this kettle can be used to the cooking of milk, juice, tea, cream as well as sauce.
also, it can be used to the cooling of different kind of candy.

structure:  
double wall structure with thermal insulation wall. inner wall made by stainless steel, used to hold working load like soup, cream, gel, syrup.
middle wall made by stainless steel. this middle wall and the inner wall make up a empty space / heating jacket. Heating elements and heat transfer oil will be fixed in this empty space / heating jacket.
A 50mm insulation wall made by PU foam is designed outside the heating jacket.
a low speed agitator on top of the kettle is optional.

2. Two heating button, one for 12KW, one for 6KW, you can use them separately or together.
3. When you turn on the two heating buttons at the same time, you can use 18KW heating power.
