Autoclave Catalogue
Ranking Machinery mainly offer stainless steel tanks, kettles and autoclaves. Our autoclave can be steam / hot water heating and electric heating type. Electric heating type mainly comes with small capacity, for example, DN400, DN600, DN800 and DN900 models are all with small capacity. Autoclaves which have bigger diameter such as DN1100, DN1200, DN1300, DN1400 and DN1500 ones usually adopt steam or hot water as heating medium. No mater steam heating or electric heating, our autoclave can be designed into A, B and C three categories
1. Water immersion type (full or half water in autoclave chamber)
A1. Water rotary type
A2. Water static type
Full Water Immersion Autoclave Semi-Immersion Rotary Autoclave
2. Water spray type (use steam to heat water and water spray to product, only little water needed)
B1. Side spray
B2. Top spray
Side Spray Autoclave Top Spray Autoclave
3. Steam spray type (when this type of autoclave working, steam will spray to the product directly)
Semi-auto SteamHheating Autoclave Sterilization Dolly and Trays
An autoclave applies both heat and pressure to the workload placed inside of it. It is a pressure chamber used to carry out industrial processes requiring elevated temperature and pressure different from ambient air pressure. Autoclaves are used in medical applications to perform sterilization and in the chemical industry to cure coatings and vulcanize rubber and for hydrothermal synthesis. They are also widely used in food and beverage applications, especially for finsh, meat and beans processing.
Many autoclaves are used to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to high-pressure saturated steam at 121 °C (249 °F) for around 10-30 minutes depending on the size of the load and the contents. Users can preset the temperature and pressure in automatic control system. In manual control system, users can only control the temperature and pressure by hand. Cooling after sterilization is an optional function which is unnecessarily integrated into autoclave systems .
