Product Description
BRS series mixer - high-performance dispersing mixer is designed for bottom entry into stainless steel mixing and bending vessels. It mixes, emulsifies, and disperses free-flowing particulates and liquid media with max 5,000 mPas viscosity in batch operation. Using the rotor-stator-principle, the BRS series high shear mixer is well suited for applications that cannot be accomplished using conventional stirring methods.

Strong vortices as well as aeration are avoided with this bottom mounting design even when very low loading levels occur in the tank or vessels are emptied during stirring or dispersing. With the mechanical seal cooling design, our BRS series shear mixer can run even when liquid load has been fully discharged without damage the seal. |
| Coupling flange will be offered together with all of our BRS series high shear mixers. Users can weld this flange on their stainless steel tanks / vessels. With the coupling flange, it is much more easier to disassemble the mixer from the tank body. |

Low price or high effiency?
we offer 3 different options to meet different request.
option A: model BRS-11L - the most affordable option - price
in this model, the mechnical seal is placed in the working head,
the working load will be also the cooling liquid for the mechanical seal.
option B: model BRS-11, - the most widely used option,
the mechanical seal is placed outside the working head,
use external water as cooling medium.
the working head for both option A and option B is shown in 02 on the above picture.
Option C: model BRS-11X - the most high effiency desing,
this model use the same mechanical seal flush desin as option 2, but the woking head is looks like 01 in the above picture.

Bottom mount homogenizer is mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products, biopharmaceutical industry, food industry, paint and ink, nanometer materials, petrochemical industry, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, pulp & paper, pesticide, fertilizer, plastic & rubber, electrics and electronics, fine chemical industry, etc. The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.
